Cylinder & High Pressure Valves
The cylinder connection is the first and most critical valve in any specialty gas system. Valonix cylinder and high pressure valves cover CGA and DISS outlet standards, 20 MPa tube trailer duty and pneumatically actuated isolation for high pressure cylinder cabinets.
These valves are built for the front and rear compartments of tube trailers, high pressure pipeline systems and special gas cylinders where a leak is both a safety and a supply issue.
CGA and DISS outlet standards
Outlet connections must match the gas and the receiving equipment. CGA 632 through CGA 728 and DISS 6/7 series cover different media, and using an adapter instead of the correct outlet is a common compliance failure. State the gas and the required connection when ordering.

20 MPa high pressure pneumatic valves
Pneumatically actuated 20 MPa valves in 3/8, 1/2 and 3/4 in butt-weld sizes allow remote isolation of tube trailer compartments and high pressure headers. A 3/4 NGT cylinder-thread variant is available for direct cylinder mounting.

Safety and verification
High pressure cylinder valves should be helium leak tested, proof tested and supplied with material traceability. Confirm the safe state of pneumatic versions and include the valve in the cabinet interlock and emergency shutdown logic.
