About Valonix Fluid Systems
Valonix Fluid Systems focuses on one product family: valves and valve assemblies for specialty and ultra high purity gas systems. We do not build general industrial valves, and we do not treat purity as an optional upgrade.
What we supply
UHP diaphragm valves
1/4 in to 1 in bodies, Cv 0.20-3.5, manual and normally closed pneumatic actuation, 300 to 4500 PSI.
Specialty valve types
Bellows sealed valves, check valves, ball valves, metering and needle valves for aggressive, high pressure or low flow duties.
Cylinder & high pressure
20 MPa cylinder valves, CGA/DISS connections and pneumatic isolation for tube trailers and hydrogen systems.
Gas panels & manifolds
VMB, VMP and automatic changeover assemblies configured from a P&ID, gas list and interlock philosophy.
How we specify a valve
Every quotation starts with the gas matrix, pressure envelope, required Cv, port size, end connection and safe state. Those six inputs determine the wetted alloy, diaphragm or bellows material, actuation and cleanliness class. Skipping them is the most common source of an incorrect valve.

- Low-inclusion 316L VIM/VAR wetted bodies
- Electropolished flow paths and controlled cleaning
- Helium mass spectrometer leak testing, inboard and across seat
- Cleanroom assembly with double-bag packaging
- Material traceability and per-valve records for qualified installations
